Molecular Formula | C32H25N6NaO14S4 |
Molar Mass | 868.81 |
Solubility | Methanol (Slightly), Water (Slightly) |
Appearance | Solid |
Color | Very Dark Blue to Black |
Storage Condition | Refrigerator |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Dark blue powder, soluble in water, blue to navy blue solution, slightly soluble in ethanol and fibrinolytic, insoluble in other organic solvents. In case of concentrated sulfuric acid, it is bright blue, and after dilution, it is purple to red and blue. Its aqueous solution is added with concentrated hydrochloric acid to generate navy blue precipitate; sodium hydroxide solution is added to generate dark purple precipitate. When dyeing cellulose fibers, the dye has good absorption. When the temperature is 60-80 ℃, the affinity is the largest and the dyeing property is good. |
